Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The competition is open to all members of the public who are 18 years of age or older and reside in South Africa. No directors, employees, agents or consultants of Energizer South Africa (Pty) Ltd and Starlight Cruises, its subsidiary companies, and their business partners, associates of immediate families may participate in this competition.
2. The competition will run from 31 October 2009 to midnight of 31 December 2009. No late entries will be accepted.
3. To qualify for a scratch card purchase any Energizer battery product. Fill in your details at the back of the scratch card supplied at the mall center courts.
4. One winner will be randomly selected on 10 January 2010 and will be notified telephonically by 15 January 2010. The names of the winner will also be published on the Energizer website.
5. Over and above the instant prizes, each entrant will stand a chance of winning the main prize which is a 4-night cruise for two aboard the Sinfonia in March 2010. The prize includes all meals, accommodation, port and travel insurance and onboard entertainment. The prize excludes travel arrangements to Durban, additional spending money, service charges, drinks (besides the complimentary tea & coffee on board), shore excursions and any items of a personal nature.
6. The booking needs to be booked and redeemed by latest March 2010. Bookings are subject to availability and the prize is not redeemable for cash.
7. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of all the rules and regulations.
